After completion of all the formalities, the bank was registered with District Registrar Date on 02.12.1974 .Under the leadership of Late Shri Chhaganbhai Bhavanbhai Patel, under name of “Shri Chhani Nagrik Sahakari Bank Ltd.,” and was issued a license by Reserve Bank of India Date on 26.11.1986.
